She realized that going to the Olympics for speed skating was a dream of hers, after watching the Olympics on TV. However an injury forced her to reconsider her options.In 2007, Bianca began her acting career in 'The Shepherd' as Kassie Robideaux. Though she enjoyed the experience, she didn’t take it too seriously. She did not like what she saw on-screen. She realized that if this was what she was going to do, then she needed to do it right. So she buckled down, determined to work harder the next time around. Since then, she's been starring and featuring in various films.Initially, while working in films with her father, she felt compelled to distance herself from him. Growing up, her relationship with him had its ups and downs. Today however, in her own words, "Now we’re cool. We talk and we hang out, but it’s not like I’m calling him being like, ‘Hey Dad, let’s grab a bite and talk about life.’ We’ll go to the gym and kick and stuff.”

Here is what I tell my clients.1. With the plate in your hands and resting in your chest extend your arms so the plate is over the center of your chest. 2. Your wrist, elbows, and shoulders should all be in one straight line.3. Keeping your arms extended I want you to sit up and end with the plate over your head.4. At the top of the rep your hips, shoulders, elbows, and wrists should all be in one straight line. 5. Slowly control yourself back down to the starting position...🎂 TIPS1. Don’t go crazy heavy. This is not an exercise you go for weight. It’s for reps at a moderate weight. 2. 3-5 sets with 8-15+ reps is a good starting point. 3. Control each rep, it’s not a race. Use your core throughout the whole movement. 3.
